Terms and Conditions for Preliminary Financing Information

This is NOT a final or formal credit application. Submission of this form is for informational and preliminary purposes only. It does NOT constitute an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or an approval for financing from Equipter or any third party.
You understand that if you wish to proceed, you will be required to complete a separate, formal financing application, which may be provided to you via DocuSign or another method by a third-party financing partner.
3. Disclosure to Third-Party Financing Partners
Equipter is NOT a lender and does not provide financing. Equipter is collecting your Information solely to facilitate an introduction and share your Information with one or more unaffiliated third-party financing companies ("Financing Partners") who may be able to assist you with your financing needs.
By submitting your Information, you expressly consent and authorize Equipter to share all Information you provide, including any personal or business information, with its selected Financing Partners.
4. Equipter's Role
Equipter's role is limited to collecting your Information and providing it to one or more Financing Partners. Equipter does not make credit decisions, does not endorse any specific Financing Partner, and is not a party to any financing agreement you may enter into. All credit decisions, terms, and conditions will be determined and provided by the Financing Partners. Equipter is not responsible for the actions, privacy practices, or decisions of any Financing Partner.
5. No Guarantee of Financing
Submission of this form does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, that you will be offered financing, or that you will qualify for any specific financing terms. All financing is subject to credit review and approval by the Financing Partners.
6. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all Information you have provided on this form is true, accurate, and complete. You understand that Equipter and its Financing Partners will rely on the accuracy of this Information.
7. Consent to Contact
By submitting this form, you provide your express written consent for Equipter and its Financing Partners to contact you regarding your financing inquiry. This contact may be made via any of the methods you provided, including but not limited to email, telephone, and text message, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box and clicking "Submit," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
